RETURNS
We hope you love your Rahua purchase. If something isn't quite right, eligible products purchased directly from Rahua.uk may be returned within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
- Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
- Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
- Products that have been opened, used, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.
- Promotional or sale items may be returned if they meet the eligibility requirements, unless specifically marked Final Sale at the time of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, product integrity, and packaging reasons, the following items are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return or exchange:
- All products 3.3 oz. and under, including travel and mini sizes, Leave-In Treatment, and Elixir.
- 18 oz. Lush Pump Shampoo and Conditioner.
- Any additional products specifically marked Final Sale at the time of purchase.
These exclusions do not apply to items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please refer to the Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items section below for assistance.
Rahua reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds that do not meet these requirements and to prevent or address suspected fraudulent or abusive return activity.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any purchase made at Rahua.eu, you may return any item, (excluding accessories, all travel size products, and samples), within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, less shipping charges when applicable. Any products not purchased at Rahua.eu should be returned to original point of purchase. Refunds must be applied to the original credit card used for purchase. You will receive an e-mail confirmation when your return is received and your refund is being processed.

Extended Holiday Returns
To make holiday gifting a little easier, we're extending our return and exchange window for eligible purchases made between November 2 and December 31, 2026.
Qualifying purchases made during this period may be returned or exchanged through January 15, 2027, provided they meet our standard eligibility requirements.

Holiday return and exchange requests must be submitted by January 15, 2027. Approved items must be shipped within 30 days of receiving return authorization.
All returns and exchanges remain subject to inspection and approval under our standard policy.
Return Shipping & Processing
- To initiate a return, please click HERE to access our online returns portal and follow the instructions provided. Once your return request has been approved, you will receive a return shipping label.
-Please securely repack your item in its original packaging and include the original packing slip, if available.
-Approved returns must be shipped within 30 days of receiving return authorization. Returns not shipped within this timeframe may be canceled and will no longer be eligible for a refund.
-Rahua is not responsible for return packages lost or damaged in transit.
Refunds
-Once your return has been received and inspected, you will receive an email confirmation regarding the status of your refund.
-Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment, less any applicable return shipping and processing fees.
- Please allow additional time for your financial institution to process and post the refund to your account.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges are available for U.S. orders only.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
- If your order arrives damaged or defective, or if you receive an incorrect product, please contact customercare@rahua.com within 14 days of delivery.
- Please include your order number and clear photographs of the affected product and its packaging so our Customer Care team can review your request.
-Photographic documentation is required to verify damaged or defective items and determine the appropriate resolution.
- If an item is missing from your order, please contact us as soon as possible so our team can investigate.
PURCHASES FROM OTHER RETAILERS
- We are unable to process returns, refunds, or replacements for Rahua products purchased through other retailers or websites.
