SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY
As everyone works to keep safe due to COVID19 you may experience shipping delays, thank you for your patience.
Once your order is placed and received by our warehouse, your package will be shipped within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 15:00h (CEST) will be processed the following business day. If you place an order after 15:00h (CEST) on a Friday, your order will be fulfilled on that following Monday.
Germany and The Netherlands:
Your package will be shipped via DHL and will arrive within 1-4 days after it leaves our warehouse. Please keep in mind that this may change or be delayed during holidays and holiday weekends.
France and UK:
Your package will be shipped via your local postal service and will arrive within 2-5 days after it leaves our warehouse. Please keep in mind that this may change or be delayed during holidays and holiday weekends.
Rest of Europe:
Your package will be shipped via your local postal service and will arrive within 3-7 days after it leaves our warehouse. Please keep in mind that this may change or be delayed during holidays and holiday weekends.
All shipments to Russia are delivered duty paid – with duties calculated and collected at checkout, so there will never be any additional cost beyond what is captured at checkout. Delivery may be delayed due to situations beyond our control, for example customs delays. Please note that orders may take additional processing time up to 2-3 weeks after the order is placed.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any purchase made at Rahua.eu, you may return any item (excluding all travel size products), within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, less shipping charges when applicable.
Any products not purchased at Rahua.eu should be returned to original point of purchase. Refunds are applied to the original form of payment used for purchase.
To return an item, please email email@example.com with your order number and reason for return to obtain the return address. With retrieval of return address please repack the item in its original packaging if possible and ship via insured carrier.
You will receive an email confirmation when your return is received, and your refund is being processed.
Amazon Beauty is not responsible for return items damaged or lost in transit.
If you are returning an item because it is damaged or defective or you did not receive the product ordered, we will provide a prepaid return label.
