SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY
SHIPPING
Due to COVID-19 safety protocols, you may experience shipping delays. Thank you for your patience.
- Once your order is placed and received by our warehouse, your package will be shipped within 1-2 business days.
- Orders placed after 15:00h (CEST) will be processed the following business day. If you place an order after 15:00h (CEST) on a Friday, your order will be fulfilled on that following Monday.
THE UK
- Your package will be shipped via your local postal service and will arrive within 1-3 days after it leaves our warehouse. Please keep in mind that this may change or be delayed during holidays, holiday weekends, and because of inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances.
- For faster delivery, please use APC shipping services. Orders must be received by 12pm UK Time in order to receive Next Day Delivery. Please note, express shipping is effective from when the order leaves our warehouse, and not from when your order is placed. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order is en route.
RETURNS
- If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any purchase made at Rahua.uk, you may return any item (excluding all travel and mini size products), within 30 days of receipt for a refund, less shipping charges when applicable.
- Any products not purchased on Rahua.uk should be returned to the original point of purchase. Refunds will be applied to the original form of payment used for purchase within 14 days of receipt.
- To return an item, please email customercare@rahua.com with your order number and reason for return to obtain the return address for record-keeping purposes.
- Once the return address has been shared, please repack the item in its original packaging with the original packing slip (if possible) and ship via an insured carrier (APC or Royal Mail).
- You will receive an email confirmation when your return is received and your refund is being processed.
- Amazon Beauty is not responsible for return items damaged or lost in transit.
- If you are returning an item because it is proven to be damaged or defective or you did not receive the correct product ordered, Amazon Beauty will provide a prepaid return label for your shipment.
- If you are returning your purchase for any other reason, you will need to pay for the return shipping.
- If an item is missing from your order, please connect us as soon as possible.
- All sales are final on travel and mini size products.
- We cannot honor exchanges. If you prefer store credit, please include this in your email.
- We cannot guarantee cancellation or updated shipping addresses on any orders.
